1. Returns and Replacements
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
Because our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time for reasons other than product damage, loss in transit, or error on our end (e.g. wrong item(s) or size was sent).
2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you receive a damaged item. We require clear photographs of the damaged item, including the packaging, in order to process a replacement. This is necessary for us to assess the damage accurately and provide you with a suitable solution.
3. Lost in Transit Orders
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation determines that the package was lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
4. Sizing Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are sized incorrectly unless the item you received was a different size than what you ordered. Please refer to our size and fit guides provided on our website to ensure accurate sizing before placing your order. 5. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To report an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us at contact@thepeoplesprincess.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and attach clear photos of the incorrect or damaged item(s) and packaging.
To report an order lost in transit, please contact us at contact@thepeoplesprincess.com as soon as you become aware of the issue.
6. Refunds and Replacements
Once we have reviewed the provided information for incorrect / damaged items or confirmed the loss in transit, we will initiate the replacement process. If you prefer a refund for lost items, we will process it promptly.
